Four Seasons real estate is located in Beaumont, CA, in the San Gorgonio Pass in Riverside County. This area of Riverside County is known as the “Inland Empire”. Amenities

The Lodge, a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, is the focal point of this Four Seasons community with multiple hobby and crafts studios, a movie theater, library, grand ballroom, card room, computer center and bistro. The Bistro is a wonderful spot to meet with friends for lunch and hangout or for a special dinner with your significant other. It is for use by Four Seasons and Beaumont’s residents and their guests only. Another clubhouse is called the Summit, and it provides residents with an extra fitness room, a lounge, an indoor pool, a catering kitchen, and outside there is a patio and barbecue. This one may generally be less busy, giving you a more peaceful atmosphere to workout in or cook-out with friends and family.
The newest clubhouse is called the Courts. It’s amenities include: Ping Pong, a Gym with a Locker Room, Sauna, Four Tennis Courts, Putting Green, Outdoor Pool and Spa, Outdoor Fireplace and Cooking Area.

The Four Seasons at Beaumont also has an outdoor Sports Complex for residents to use so they can stay fit and energized. There are tennis courts, basketball, Pickleball and bocce ball courts as well as an outdoor swimming pool. Not only that, but Four
Seasons has a fitness center adjacent to the Lodge in the Beaumont Spa. The fitness center has cardio equipment, weight training equipment and an aerobics studio. The aerobics studio hosts yoga, Pilates and low impact aerobics classes. The spa offers a heated spa and a full-service salon, so you can treat and pamper yourself once the workout is done.

Several medical facilities are located right outside of the Four Seasons at Beaumont including San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Beaver Medical Group and Loma Linda Urgent Care Center. Other facilities nearby include Kaiser Permanente, Braswell’s Yucaipa Valley Hospital, Kindred Hospital Riverside, Hemet Valley Medical Center, Beaver Medical Group, Redlands Community Hospital and San Gregorio Memorial Hospital. Residents have easy access to medical care within minutes.

The Four Seasons at Beaumont has a six mile system of nature trails that flow throughout the community for residents to walk or jog on with beautiful views of wildlife and the mountain ranges to enjoy while you’re out. Morning walks can be a great way to meet your neighbors and find common ground. If you enjoy socializing or making hobbies, you would have a wonderful time trying out the clubs and interest groups at Four Seasons. There are three state parks and three county parks and trails. In fact, Riverside County is about the same size as New Jersey in total area, so there is a lot to explore. Palm Springs is approximately 25 miles east of the Four Seasons community. This city is surrounded by the Coachella Valley, so there is more hiking, biking and horseback riding to enjoy. In town, you’ll find hot springs, beautiful hotels, luxury spas and golf courses. Palm Springs is a great place to relax and get some retail therapy with a buzzing shopping district along Palm Canyon Drive. Other places to explore within a two-hour driving distance include San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Disneyland Resort, Sea World, and so much more. Southern California is also lined with dazzling beaches and the warm sun is out all year-round. Four Seasons community is at a comfortable distance away from the hustle and bustle of those touristy beach cities for residents to sleep more peacefully, but it’s close enough to take a day trip out to the coast for some fun in the sun.
